Yes — the Business plan supports unlimited business workspaces. Each workspace has its own permits, team, suppliers, contractors, and notification preferences. Switch between them from the dropdown in the dashboard header.

Invite team members by email. Each gets a role: Owner (billing + everything), Admin (manage everything except billing), Manager (create/edit permits and docs), or Viewer (read-only). Each member sets their own WhatsApp/Email alert preferences.

Under OHSA Section 37(2), your business carries criminal liability for contractor OHS breaches on your premises — unless a Mandatory Agreement is signed. We flag every on-site contractor missing this agreement and pulse-alert you on the dashboard. This is unique to SA and a critical compliance gap most platforms ignore.

An optional R149/month add-on for Business accounts. It unlocks an employee database where you track driver's licences, PDPs (PrDP Goods/Passengers), certificates, qualifications, and induction dates per employee — with automated WhatsApp + email alerts when anything is about to expire. It also adds 500 MB of extra document storage to your organisation's pool.

Every paid plan includes 200 MB of media/document storage. Activating the Workforce Module adds 500 MB (total 700 MB). If you need more space, buy a 1 GB Storage Booster for R10/month — you can stack multiple boosters. All images are automatically compressed before upload (max 1200 px, 70% quality) and PDFs are capped at 2 MB per file to keep your storage lean.

WhatsApp + email reminders fan out to every team member based on their personal preferences. Choose alert timing per member: 2 months / 1 month / 2 weeks / 1 week / 3 days / 1 day before expiry. Each permit can also have a custom override schedule.

Yes — cancel in Settings → Subscription with one click, or email compliance@sweetphoenix.co.za. No further charges are made after cancellation and your data stays intact. Monthly fees are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, extended service outages, or new subscribers who cancel within 24 hours of their first payment. Full policy is in our Terms of Service.

Business is R499/month — everything in Personal plus team members, multi-workspace, supplier & contractor tracking, OHSA Section 37(2), audit reports, API access, and a dedicated account manager. Yes. All data is encrypted at rest in South African-region cloud infrastructure. We never sell or share data. Full POPIA rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) are available in Settings. We can also sign a POPIA Operator Agreement for Business customers processing third-party data.

Yes — Renew-for-Me is available on all plans (Free included). A vetted Sweet Phoenix consultant handles the paperwork at SAPS, PSIRA, CIPC, SARS, or the relevant authority. Requests must be made at least 2 months before expiry.

Yes — Compliance Guard is a Progressive Web App. Install it on any iPhone or Android phone, use your camera to scan permits on the go, and get WhatsApp reminders directly. No app store download required.
